Our formalised process allows us to work with you at each stage of your life journey. It is designed to help you to accumulate wealth; to manage the wealth you've accumulated; to enjoy the retirement you have planned; and, if you wish, to leave a meaningful estate.
Our process starts with gathering relevant financial information from you. We then ask you to clearly express and define a set of realistic goals that are understandable to both parties. Setting goals can be a difficult task, but you can count on our experience and assistance in this area. Our professional advisors will then consolidate all aspects of your ‘financial life’ into a coordinated blueprint, so that every activity and investment hereinafter is based on the "bigger picture" of your financial future.
Your progress is then regularly reviewed through ongoing dialogue and consultation.

We have a commitment to:
- Developing a close working relationship between our team and our clients, whilst striving to develop a relationship built on friendship and trust;
- Working with you on a personal level to define, understand and continually nurture your goals and dreams;
- Having the right people with the right level of knowledge, competence and experience. This means that at least two of our team members, at any one time, will be responsible for looking after you on an ongoing basis. Our team will therefore have an intimate knowledge of your portfolio and of your plans;
- Providing a range of comprehensive services to you to allow you to you achieve your goals;
- Having one of our team members available for you 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. We recognise that emergencies don’t just happen within business hours;
- Giving timely attention to matters, including processing your instructions. Our strict internal standards ensure that your phone calls and emails are returned within 24 hours. Written correspondence is attended to within 48 hours;
- Maintaining a constant communication flow so that you are always kept informed;
- Communicating in simple, jargon-free English that you can understand; and
- Welcoming your suggestions about improvements or enhancements to our practice
